These peppers are great for both raw and cooked applications such as sautéing, stir-frying, and more. The fresh peppers can also be sliced and tossed into salads, minced into marinades and one of our personal favorites stuffed peppers stuffed peppers. It consists of hollowed or halved peppers filled with any of a variety of fillings, often including meat, vegetables, cheese, and rice
